Drop-Off/Pick-Up Instructions

  • Drop-off/Pick-Up is by appointment. Please arrive on time when dropping-off/picking-up and call/text (703-716-3548) to let us know you are here instead of ringing the doorbell.

  • If you are running late or want to arrive earlier than your scheduled drop-off/pick-up time, please ask in advance to see if we can accommodate the request.

  • We will meet you at the front of our garage and will grab/return your pup and their things through our garage to prevent any of our furry guests from escaping through the front door.

Items to Bring

Food/Treats

  • Bring enough food for the entire stay - if possible bring a little extra food! You never know if your trip may have an unexpected delay in return and your dog might need additional food. You can pre-measure and pre-mark their food into Ziploc baggies, or bring the entire food bag or a large container that holds enough food for their stay.

  • If your dog is a picky eater and you suspect they may not eat their food during their stay, we recommend that you bring some wet food/toppers to make their meal extra enticing.

Collar/Harness/Leash

  • Please bring any collar, harness, and/or leash for your pet.

Medication/Supplements/Vitamins

  • Bring any medication, supplements and/or vitamins your pup takes. Additionally, if your dog takes medication on an “as needed” basis please bring that as well.

Crate/Kennel

  • Crates are not required, but can provide them if needed

  • Additionally, if your dog has a special crate (such as LUCKUP crate or Impact) and it requires special assembly at your end. Please let us know prior to arriving so that we can properly have all the doggies secured and make arrangements for you to come inside our home, especially if you require the crate in our bedroom. Often times, if doing early drop offs, Bella’s dad might still be asleep :)

No Need to Bring

Dishes/Bowls/Measuring Cups

  • We have water/food dishes and measuring cups, please leave these behind at home.

Bed/Blankets

  • We provide dog beds and blankets. If you decide to bring bed/blankets, please bring bed/blankets that are not valuable. Sometimes the pups play and things might get torned.

Toys

  • We provide all dog toys during your dog’s stay. If you decide to bring toys, please bring toys that are not valuable. We cannot guarantee the toys won’t fall into the grip of another dog during playtime! Overall, if you bring a toy, it might not return with your pet.
